Doing the deep work of therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship in a safe and supportive space. At our Vista office, we’re proud to offer both. Our space is private, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to support meaningful therapeutic work. Tucked away on a quiet, eucalyptus-lined stretch of Thibodo Road—just off the 78 at the Mar Vista exit—our office is both easily accessible and intentionally welcoming.
A bit more about the space
Our team was outgrowing our first two suites in Encinitas and Carlsbad, and after many conversations and tours, we knew that our new suite in south Vista was the perfect home for our team of psychologists. It’s the largest of our offices, featuring a comfortable waiting room, six therapy offices, a group therapy room, a dedicated space for psychological testing, and a private exit for added privacy and ease.
Many people are pleasantly surprised to find that our Vista therapy office is easier and quicker to reach than our Encinitas or Carlsbad locations. Clients who begin their search for a therapist in Carlsbad or Encinitas often discover that our Vista office offers a more accessible location—without sacrificing the warmth, professionalism, and quality of care that Coastal Therapy Group is known for.

The Story Behind Our Vista Office
The Vista office opened in September 2024, and from the beginning it was clear this would be something special. After years of building the practice from our original Encinitas suite and later adding our Carlsbad location, our team had outgrown both spaces. We needed a home that could grow with us—and Vista delivered.
At over 3,200 square feet, it is the largest of our three suites, and it quickly became the hub of our practice. It houses six private therapy offices, a dedicated group therapy room, a specialized psychological testing suite, a spacious waiting room, and a private exit. The group therapy room in particular stands out as the finest in our practice—thoughtfully designed with comfort, privacy, and group dynamics in mind.
Beyond the clinical work, the Vista office has become the heartbeat of our professional community. It’s where we hold our biggest team gatherings, celebrate milestones, host training events, and come together as a community of psychologists who care deeply about each other and the work we do.
