A Place To Be Human: A Confidential Clergy Support Group
This group seeks to be a space where pastors, chaplains, and clergy can speak openly about the challenges of ministry without the pressure to lead. Members find support, connection, and room to reflect on their own spiritual and emotional well-being. It is led by Dr. Sean Noe.
Clergy Need Support, Too
Ministry is deeply meaningful—and it can also be quietly exhausting. Whether you're in a pulpit, a hospital, a parish, or a nonprofit, those in pastoral roles are called to hold space for others, often while carrying their own emotional, relational, and spiritual weight. Between sermon prep, hospital visits, navigating congregational relationships, and the constant pull to be available, the pressures add up over time. It can be hard to name these struggles, and even harder to feel like you shouldn’t have to manage them alone.
About This Clergy Support Group
This group, A Place to Be Human, is a confidential and supportive space for clergy to step out of the role of caregiver and leader, and invites them to tend to their own inner life in a safe community. It welcomes pastors, priests, ministers, chaplains, and clergy across different traditions.
There’s room for you under the umbrella.
Experience support that honors both your humanity and your calling.
