# Coastal Therapy Group

> Coastal Therapy Group is a doctoral-level psychodynamic therapy practice in North County San Diego with offices in Carlsbad, Encinitas, and Vista. Every clinician holds a doctorate in psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.). Founded in 2018, the practice offers individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing for ADHD, autism, learning differences, and personality.

Our clinical approach is grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy, with integration of EMDR, EFT, DBT, and CBT as appropriate. We work with adults, teens, children, and couples. We are a private-pay practice and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement; individual therapy sessions are $230 to $300 per 45-minute session.
